There are hospitals, airfields, power plants, housing, stores, office buildings and much more requiring the technical and contractual expertise of the Navy CEC Officer. As a CEC Officer you will fill a multitude of diverse roles; however, the primary focus throughout your career is in facilities construction/management and expeditionary engineering.
